~Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:00 am.
~ Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 coming soon.
~Monthly Saturday Sessions 6:00am-8:00am. Training followed by whole food, plant based breakfast and a demo/tasting of the new {Crew Food} menu.
~50 minutes focused work. 10 minutes Flexibility and Stretching and a guided "Work In" to focus and center on the day ahead.
~2 additional days of prescribed HIIT.
~10,000 steps/day minimum. Fitbit or Pedometer required.
~Event Completion every 12 weeks: 5K, Triathlon, 1/2 Marathon, Mud Run, etc. (Don't worry. You'll be ready.)

A few last things...
Blood Work:
In order for us to truly track your health journey, we are asking for Blood Work to be done quarterly. We have arranged for LabCorp to draw a Fasting Glucose and a Lipid Panel for only $25. You may of course, utilize your own health care provider. Results will need to be from the last 6 months. You will need to bring these results to your initial consultation. (We will schedule this meeting after you register.) We will be communicating these results and others to your physician if pertinent.
Pre-Existing Conditions:
In order to care for you well, all participants will need to complete our Health Questionnaire and Release of Liability. Please bring this form with you on your consultation day. We need to be informed of any physical limitations so that we can modify/scale any exercise to fit your needs. Medical Disclaimer:
